My name is Gonçalo also known as Gonzi and I´m here to share with you my passion and love for these marvellous mountains that I now call home.
I was born and raised in Lisbon. From a young age, I've always been an explorer, an adventurer and a true nature lover. For many years I worked as a tour guide, creating unique and genuine experiences tailored to the people who came with me, always avoiding crowds and bringing them closer to nature. I never did two tours the same way, because ultimately everyone has different tastes and interests. In 2020, I was lucky enough to move to the Serra da Estrela region (Gouveia) and escape the chaos of city life. Over the last few years, I've been exploring these incredible mountains and making new contacts and friends within the community, and now I want to share this knowledge with you.
More than just be your guide, I want to be your friend who will take you to beautiful places in the mountains, share local legends and stories from the past, introduce you to our incredible gastronomy, support the local community through experiences or traditional events, and much more... in a relaxed, knowledgeable, and fun way.
